MOZA Racing has entered the flight simulation market – in style.
The company has announced they are now taking pre-orders for their MOZA AB9 FFB Base.
The MOZA AB9 FFB Base is a base “equipped with dual servo motors delivering a peak torque 12Nm” which MOZA states offers “precise, dynamic feedback that simulates various flight conditions such as taxiing, takeoff, landing, and turbulence”.
This is achieved through MOZA’s “proprietary MCLS Force Feedback Technology and high-resolution encoder”
The base is built from “aviation-grade aluminum alloy with a quiet, fanless design”, which is rather curious and welcome since it will help reduce noise. It’s hard enough to have our computers blasting away when we are simming.
MOZA estimates shipping of the units should be made in 4-6 weeks.
